This application uses Apple HealthKit to read Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data for the sole purpose of displaying personal health statistics to the user.
No personal data is collected, stored on external servers, or shared with third parties.
All data remains on the user’s device and is processed locally.
The application does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
